By accessing and using 51 Moments ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

51 Moments provides a platform for photographers to upload, manage, and sell their photography, and for users to purchase digital copies of these photographs.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Content and Copyright

Photographers retain full ownership and copyright of the images they upload. By uploading images, you grant 51 Moments a license to display, distribute, and sell these images on your behalf according to the terms of your subscription or agreement.

5. Payments and Fees

Fees for the varying services provided by us are available on the Platform. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. 51 Moments processes payments through Stripe and payouts are made according to the schedule defined in your dashboard.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
